I have been working with McDonald's for over six years, starting as a Service Crew until I reached the position of Store Incharge and then moving to the L&D department as a consultant for two year until I reached the position of Team Leader, I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Northern Border University, and I am also holding a Master's degree in the same field from Majmaah University. I have developed skills in behavioral training, facilitation training, and I have a passion for empowering people to achieve their potential. My core competencies include leadership, communication, creativity, and facilitation skills.
