• Inspecting equipment and material to ensure it obtains the standards of site requirement.

• Experience in Shutdown activities in MFC/SGU/Isocyanate/Amines/TTU/PMDI/Lynde/Plastic/Propylene Oxide/Propylene Glycol plants in SADARA.
• Media Replacement- unloading and loading molecular sieve 13X and 13X Zeolite molecular sieve in Ethylene, Propylene, Hexene, Butane Y-Bed towers media replacement (17 Nos.). (Work includes ventilating, steam tubing and purging, nitrogen purging, installing blinding in pipelines and box-up).
• Bolt Torquing- handled various loosening and box-up of manways, heat exchangers, and pipelines. by using, RT, RTX 02, RTX 04, RTX.
• Descaling: Heat exchanger, pipeline descaling to remove scale deposit inside tubes by sulfamic acid at 80 degrees Celsius circulation.
• Acid Pickling: Reactors, Heat exchangers, Pipelines, and boilers to prevent equipment failure and removal of inorganic components, rust, scale from ferrous metals. Work includes chemical circulation, nitrogen bubbling, hot water flushing and neutralization.
• Chemicals Handled: HEDP, citric acid hcl+armohid for cs, nitric acid+hydrofluoric acid for ss and phosphoric acid for cs/ss metals.
• Degreasing: Economizer (Boiler- 6 Nos) oil separator tanks, heat exchanger, pipelines to pretreat the metals prior to pickling and passivation processes and to remove grease metallic fines, dirt, oil contents from the surface of metals and disposal.
• Chemicals Handled: Soda ash, Sodium bicarbonate, Caustic soda, and tri sodium phosphate for ss/cs metals.
• Decontamination & Reactivation of catalyst for reactors by HEDP chemical soaking and nitrogen purging method.
• Dry cleaning: fin fans, boilers, and economizer by using sodium bicarbonate and compressed air.
• Hydro-Jetting: Hydro jetting cleaning in Linde air product plant process pit without man entry by extending the jetting gun.

• Project: Chemical and Mechanical cleaning of tanks.
• Hydro jetting cleaning and to clean the storage tank to avoid chemical scaling and there to provide decontaminated process fluid. (After hydro-jetting drier process by air compressor to obtain due point after cleaning for nitrogen purging and preservation).
• PROJECT: PIPELINE DEGREASING Interconnection pipeline between FARABI & PETROKEMYA, Total length of pipeline (2 KM).

• Tank cleaning by 3D rotary nozzle. Cleaned the chemical storage tanks without man entry using 3D nozzle to pressurized wash using surfactant to remove odor and flushing all around the surface inside tanks.

• Sulfuric acid tank cleaning by pressure washing, detergent waste sludge removal and spent chemical waste removal by super sucker.

• Neutralization of HCL drum by using diluted soda ash solution.

• Project: Cooling tower, Pit and Pond Cleaning by hydro-jetting.

• Project: Oily water sump pit cleaning by hydro-jetting.

• Project: Hydro jetting Heat Exchanger and Condenser cleaning.
• Hydro jetting in condensers and heat exchangers to remove the sludges inside tubes and surfaces.

• Project: Emulsion tank cleaning and maintaining emulsion oil at 45degree by a loop setup of boiler, heat exchanger and tanks.
