# Worked with Ericsson AB KSA as Senior Implementation Coordinator in Mobily Projects from 1-Oct-2013 till 30-Oct-2019 in the following projects:

• Handling the RAN and Core modernization project HW and SW acceptance documents and Service Delivery Support for Mobily Modernization Project in West Region ( Makkah and Baha Region ).
• Modernizing Mobily core Integrating & Configuring EVO 8200 RNC and BSC, Basebands 5212/5216/6620/6630 [ LTE, GSM and WCDMA ] and requesting work order and updating new data core through Mobily DCIM system.
• Leading RAN Integrators for integration and expansion of new EVO RNC, BSC & Basebands in the network.
• Modernizing 12 BSC & 4 RNC with EVO 8200 to support more than 4000 new Baseband integration in Mobily.
• Provide all sort of technical support for the integration team from integration till acceptance.
• Lead the acceptance to get the nodes accepted by the customer.
• Always working with the core & transport teams for the integration of the new nodes.
• Single point of contact between the team & the CPM or Customer for all the RAN integration work.
• Service Delivery Support to match SAF (site acceptance form) and SCF (site change form) with the SDN (site delivery note) then approving the SDN through Mobily NAS system.
• Managing and supporting the ASP (subcontractor) for entering the VIP sites which located in Royal Palaces sites, Royal Guard sites, Army sites and Governments sites.
• Mobily network modernization and upgrade in west region including Ramadan 1439 and Hajj 1439 projects starting from 01-Oct-2017 till now.
• Mobily network LTE TDD upgrade and Hajj 1438 project in West Region from 01-Apr-2016 till 30-Sep-2017.
• Mobily network LTE FDD upgrade and enhancement from 01-Apr-2015 to 30-Mar-2016.

• Managing & Closing all Trouble Ticket issues under Projects using Remedy Trouble Ticket System RTTS.
• Managing and Arranging our Subcontract for Installation New Sites (2G,3G,LTE & Traffic Node) under 4G1.
• Managing and Arranging our Subcontract for Swapping of RBS (3206) to RBS (6201) under 42Mbps.
