· Responsibilities are:

· Coordinating with other trades and procurement to Prepare takeoff for Electrical systems thru (FMR) using Aconex system (BBS).

· Preparing (MWR) for tools and materials using Aconex system (BBS) then follow up the shifting of material from warehouse to site.

· Installation of conduits (PVC, IMC & EMT) with junction boxes as per drawing.

· Installation of Cable Ladders, Cable Trays and Cable Trucking Data for low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) as per drawing.

· Re-design the Electrical wiring system including voltage Drop Study.

· Material Inspection with Consultant (MIR).

· Collect the required approved materials in advance to avoid any lack or shortage of materials.

· Installation termination all electrical activity & equipment’s such as package substation, transformer, switchgear, UPS, RMU, electrical Panels, According to approved shop drawings.

· Prepare MST, JHA, ITP And CWP For the systems,

· Creating MSD and make selection For the System’s based on approved Vendors by BACS And RMTC.

· Making FCD, RFI for the system based on site or SPECS Requirement.

· Testing and commissioning for power & low current system before handover.

· Handing over the executed work officially to the consultant.

· Coordination with civil team, scaffolding team, and Siemens group on the site.

· Raise WIR and MIR then download in ACONEX to complete the work with RMTC.

· Prepare IRN’s And Handover To T/C Team.

· Develops discipline construction schedules, and monitor’s progress.

· Chairs weekly job meeting: prepare and submit summary of project progress and pending issues to program manager.

· Collaborate with program manager to determine number of hours required for successful completion of project tasks.

· Managing MEP works through all phases of project lifecycle.

· Lead coordination with MEP stakeholders.

· Prepare claim packages for variation orders & verify subcontractors’

· Coordination with different Sub-contractors (Fire Alarm, BMS, FM200 and Photovoltaic Systems).

· Responsibilities are:

· Responsible for assuring that all systems and components of the refinery are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the Aramco standards, Leading Commissioning activities with contractor and Client.
