• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Inspection and monitoring all activities and facilities.
• Attending the meetings of various internal and external part of the project where safety is one of the main concerns.
• Attending weekly Safety Walk through with the Client to rectify the outstanding/Pending issues.
• Coordinate with the sub contractor's safety department from time to time regarding safety matters.
• Making daily reports regarding unsafe procedure in job site and preventive steps to avoid recurrence.
• Delivering daily tool box talks with the job supervisors before start of the work.
• Inspection of scaffolds, ladders, trenches and excavations to ensure safe execution of procedures.
• Coordination with the client's safety officers regarding safety procedure at job site.
• Discussing the latest mistakes done by the workers and giving them awareness to avoid accidents and near misses.
• Inspection of firefighting equipment and submission of report to HSE manager.
• Monthly inspection of tools and equipment to ensure that color code is done.
• Daily inspection of Transport, Construction Equipment and Lifting Tackles and Electrical works etc.
• Daily safety inspection to identify unsafe working conditions, unsafe practices.
• Inspection and safety precautions for electrical safety, material handling safety, ladder safety, scaffolding safety.
• Providing safety advice and guidance to site management and supervisors.
