. Provide leadership, guidance, and direction concerning all facets of construction, completions, and execution.
. Manage the project and supervise teams to successfully deliver high-quality architectural works in line with the Project Life Cycle and client requirements by coordinating with related stakeholders.
. Supervise the construction project with 150 workers and 15 staff members.
. Ensure that the finishing work at the site matches the approved shop drawing and project specification.
. Gives clear, concise, and understandable instructions to contractors to avoid abortive work and errors.
. Identifying potential challenges and risks, proposing solutions, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
. Address on-site issues or clashes related to architecture (e.g., detail conflicts, coordination gaps).
. Maintaining accurate records of installation activities, including progress reports, inspections, and deviations from plans, to track milestones and ensure regulatory compliance.
. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting training, and addressing safety concerns to protect workers and the public during installations.
. Ensure that the quality of work at the site is finished according to the consultant's requirements to achieve approved inspection.
. Provide technical support and manage conflict among concerned stakeholders.
. Issue and monitor monthly progress invoices, including variation orders.

. Works closely with all engineering groups within the Network Team, including construction, safety, quality, schedule, and contract compliance.
. Ensure that the architectural project deliverables are on time, within the required level of quality.
. Support the preparation of snag lists and handover documentation.
. Implement drawings on site, ensure everything meets specifications, and ensure QC meets all requirement needs.
. Develops, prepares, and executes construction work plans.
