  • Providing support in successfully implementing company Consulting services for Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Abdulah Bin Abdul-Aziz Project (KAP5) for the Ministry of Interior of KSA (Security Planning and Development Agency).
  • Hold responsibilities to lead structural engineering and design review team for project construction.
  • Produce technical documentation, reviewing all structural technical documentation prepared by the contractors, for the project and preparing and implementing structural engineering work plans in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate and liaise with stakeholder on all projects related budget, managerial & structural design dictions during the project life cycle.
  • As a part of the senior management team, the incumbent holds the responsibility to liaise and coordinate with the technical office manager and the rest of the senior management team/peers with all matters related to structural engineering operational issues required for the success of the program in accordance with the client expectations.
  • As a part of the senior management team, the incumbent also holds the responsibility of setting implementing, monitoring and reporting of the required management reports and KPIs for the department in accordance to the program s procedures.
  • Review and coordination of structural engineering design submittals from contractors as well as assisting with the following up site supervision when required design conflicts and variation orders for the MOI.
  • Review technical submissions and design layout as well as material submittals from the contractors.
  • Lead by example the team of structural engineers by delegating work according to project priorities, technical challenges and contractual milestones.
  • Plan and maintain project budgets and schedule planning activities with team and managers.
  • Attend technical meeting, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
  • Coordinate with Quantity surveyors and payment team for changing orders related civil works.
  • Assist the technical manager (TOM) on technical and department issues.
  • Review and approve the shop drawings and material submittals with the respect to the project Specs and standards of practice submitted by contractors.
  • Review and approved pre qualifications documents of sub-contractors submitted by contractors related civil works.
  • Support and review of subcontractors invoices when required for the technical assistance.
  • Prepare and issue technical letters to contractors/clients when required related structural and civil technical issues.

  • Following up the preparation of work for inspection by Consultant with the Request for Inspection (RFIs).
  • Dispatching approved drawings to general foremen and programs their activities accordingly.
  • Supervising Work by following given Approved Drawings, Specification and Standard.
  • Submit weekly accomplishment report to check if the progress of work is on time schedule.
  • Preparing Checklist and Method of statements as per the scope of work.

  • Assist to Resident Engineer for technical quarries, correspondence etc. for Howta -Hariq projects.
  • Supervising the construction of the structural works in accordance with the project design and specification.
  • The duties and responsibilities include, report writing daily, weekly, monthly including (Dash Board), KPI and QA/QC weekly reports with NCR (Non-Conformation Reports).
  • Communication with both client and c flaws present at site as well as monitoring of quality control under the MOT specification and engineering standards, quantity and progress to ensure that contractor should terminate the work within stipulated contractual time period.
  • Checking contractor's submittals including shop drawings and method statements.
  • Verification of IPC at the end of the month.
  • Supervision checking and revision of structural, constructional drawings.
