• Under my supervision, the area contains 22 showrooms - an engineering department - an advertising department - a financial department - a main warehouse
• Developing a strategy and plans that facilitate the relationship between the departments in performing their tasks according to the company's general marketing and sales plan
• Managing and developing salesmen in performing job tasks
• Conduct studies and analysis of the outcomes of the specified period to come up with treatment directions
• Monitoring the minimum and maximum levels of inventory at the level of the exhibition, the region as a whole, and the main warehouse, and making orders for the inventory based on a series of quantitative analysis and scientific studies to avoid the presence of stagnant products, while following up on the conditions of raw materials in the production line and finding solutions and alternatives in the event of interruption of certain materials
