Oversaw excavation, lifting, relocation, and finishing for cabins; coordinated MEP works, interlock paving, and steel structure assembly. Ensured work quality, safety, and schedule compliance in accordance with client requirements. Reported directly to the Project Manager (PM) and acted as the on-site point of coordination for multiple disciplines and subcontractors.

• Fully mobilized the site, supervising setup of work areas, utilities, equipment zones, and access routes.
• Served as Permit Issuer for all work areas under my supervision.

• Successfully completed crushing, haulage, and backfilling of over 3.5 million m³ of material.
• Managed and led 50+ crushing subcontractors, 1 soil improvement subcontractor, and 2 haulage and backfilling subcontractors, coordinating simultaneous large-scale operations.
