• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensure full compliance with QA/QC inspection plans and procedures.
• Reviewing and approving ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), Quality assurance document, of statement, project quality plan, material approval etc. as per project specification.
• Monitoring the work carried out as per ITP and quality procedure.
• Quality control in accordance with IS/procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Attending weekly QC and HSE walkthrough.
• Research the environmental impact of projects.

• Final inspecting of site after completion of all works.
• Witnessing the backfilling material sample and monitoring the FDT as per the proctor submitted by third party.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
