Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Inspector

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and audits of workplace facilities, equipment, and practices to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Identify potential hazards and risks, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate or eliminate risks.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and provide preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE standards, including OSHA, NEBOSH, and ISO regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and develop safety programs and policies to prevent incidents.

Deliver safety training and awareness sessions to employees and management.

Monitor the effectiveness of implemented safety measures and recommend improvements.

Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure safety measures are integrated into operational activities.

Prepare and submit detailed inspection and incident reports for management review.

Stay updated on new HSE regulations, policies, and technologies, ensuring continuous compliance and improvement
