Payroll:

  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing timely.
  • Tracking and updating relevant entries in the system for the smooth running of payroll.
  • Support employees and line managers for any queries related to payroll.
  • Reviews payroll documents for accuracy, makes any necessary adjustments and secures necessary approvals.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records in HR Information system (SAP).
    Prepare required reconciliations of payroll account and ensure that numbers/payments are accurate.
  • Works closely with Finance department to provide payroll posting and required accruals on monthly basis.
  • Compute the EOSB as per the local labor laws and company polices. Prepare end of service benefit and coordinate with Finance for settlements/payments.
  • Ensure that all changes to payroll are processed correctly and as per regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare salary increase letters, promotion letters etc. and other relevant reports needed.

Recruitment:

  • Sources candidates and conducts an initial calling, pre-screening, interviews and assessing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Present shortlisted candidates, provide detailed profile summaries and schedule interviews
  • Provide feedback to both candidates and managers on each stage in the recruitment & selection cycle Driving Intigral’s recruitment process by attracting, screening, and selecting qualified people for the relevant vacancies.
  • Manage audit recommendations efficiently by creating a folder for hiring (including accepting/rejecting & placing all emails, supporting documents there)
  • Following up with both candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process of bringing them on-board.

Performance Management:
