Responsibilities:

• Legal advisor.
• Preparing/reviewing preliminary and final investigation reports Investigated more than 100 cases with the Saudi market in different areas such as, but not limited to, Market Misconduct, Investment Fund, Listed Companies, Authorized Persons and UML and many other areas.
• Draft and/or review resolutions for the CMA Board of Commissions.
• Contributing to advising the Board in preparation of Board decisions related to the Department’s mandate
• Preparing cases and undertaking all legal processes required on the CMA’s behalf in non-enforcement-related litigation proceedings.

• Prepare and review SOIETZ contracts
• Working as team member to create and finalize two of the biggest Organization contracts:
• Building, Operation and Transfer (BOT)
• Renew, Operation and transfer (ROT)

• Drafting company’s Articles of Association, amendments made to these articles and prosecuting pertaining to the same before Ministry of Commerce & Industry to obtain its approval
• Signing these Articles and amendments thereto before Notary Public and publishing these Articles in the official gazettes
• Obtaining companies commercial registration certification and making the required amendments thereof
• Reviewing agreement and contract concluded between companies
• Registration of trademarks.
