• General Maintenance for the power plant equipment in Plant. Overhauling for Pumps, Valves, and other equipment. I have done also overhauling for valves and special valves, Butter Fly Valves. I deal/worked with centrifugal pump that comes with (Mixed Flow and Radial Flow) and Axial Flow. I managed (supervise) coordinated watched out and fully responsible about maintenance (Mechanical Parts) of turnarounds I assessed Safety Department for several times during my work. I have very well knowledge in reading all measuring tools (precision and non-precession). I have worked on both Static and Rotating equipment. I have been working in overhauling all types of pumps and blowers Centrifugal and pumps. Gearbox, compressor, & Mechanical seal O/H. Centrifugal Compressors: Dismantle /Remove the compressor bundles, and labyrinth Seal, Mechanical Seal (Dry Gas Seal), Balancing Drum, and Servicing of gearbox. Assembling or Changing of Journal Bearing or Tilting Pad Journal Bearings and Thrust bearing or Tilting Pad Thrust bearing. Handling of Lube Oil, Seal Oil System, inter / after gas cooler and cooler fan with gearbox, Clearance fit checks & adjustments to be made. Run out checks. Assembling of all types of centrifugal compressors. STEAM TURBINE: Doing routine maintenance of steam turbine pm jobs and annual turnarounds and emergency breakdown. Mechanical Seal: Well experience of assemble and dismantle the following mechanical seals. Single seal with single spring and multi spring. Double seal with multi spring & Cartridge type mechanical seal (wet and dry gas seal). Gear Boxes/Agitators: Preventive and breakdown maintenance in lot of gearboxes. Inspection and Changing the Bearings and Gears, Checking & Adjusting Backlash. Alignment of Gearboxes/Agitators with motor or other driving equipment. Checking and replacing selected Gear Oil. Health, Safety awareness and safe work permit certificates authorization: Complete understanding authorized and trained qualified entry attendant. LOTO (lock out tag out) Toolbox talk, MSDS, TRA and JSA (job safety analysis etc. Good understanding about work permit procedures for Cold work, hot work, Confined space entry, Fire watch. Attending weekly safety meeting to discuss the case study, awareness and refreshments. Behavior based safety. To take part in weekly safety drills and meetings.
