· Work with students, teachers, parents, and community mental health providers to address learning and behavioral problems.

· Counsel at-risk students, train educators on how to create safe classroom environments, and teach parenting skills to students.

· Conduct psychological evaluations and recommend programs to support struggling students.

· Coordinate with teachers, principals, and parents to support learners.

· Help students overcome emotional, academic, and behavioral challenges.
