· Safeguard all equipment, operators and staff are adequately trained & have certified (Aramco) before start any activities in the field. Receive the work package check & review scope of work and survey sheet. Coordinate all activities based on scope work with workers, operators and management. Plan and schedule the construction of the wellsite location, new rig route, workover location, location clean-up, road repair and maintenance.

· Coordinate and issue work progress report to company management and Aramco site coordinator and engineers. Arrange all kind of inspection including safety procedure for site workers and brain storm them to follow safety measures.

· Contact site visits to ensure work on site is to Aramco safety standards. Meet Aramco management to discuss work status, safety & other issues.

· Ensure work is done as per scope of work and to Aramco specifications & standards.

· Arrange and assist management for final survey & as-built release upon completion of construction and preparation of compaction and other kind of inspection.

· Preparation and Follow-up of equipment, operator hire time sheets and documents for management.

· Effectively managing a healthy operation by cost saving approach and by reducing overheads.
