  • Provided physical training to the employee for JTC Mina Workshop and JTC Dammam Workshop how to use portable fire-fighting extinguishers.
  • Informed In-charge of each subsidiaries to keep correct/right fire- fighting extinguishers at correct and required places.

  • Submitting all relevant claims with Insurers and follow up for their settlement. Ensure that the claims are sufficiently documented and are lodged within the time-frame specified in the policy.
  • Submit debit notes and insurance certificates to Finance Department for payment processing
  • Follow up, update pending claims, and take proper action to finalize the claims.
  • Ensure the full and accurate data entry to enable management to monitor, control and improve performance.
  • Advise Insurance Company regarding additions and deletions (Amendments) and keep the policies updated.
  • Receive Insurance Policies / Certificates from Insurers and verify as complete.
  • Coordinate and prepare a file for every claim/incident/accident and other related documentation and follow-up till the claim process is over.
  • Ensure the adequacy of claims reserves through regular review and follow up on outstanding claims.
  • Prepare monthly /quarterly claims reports and submit to management as and when required.

  • General Claims - Receive claims requests, review, and analyse the supporting documentation and forward the same to insurance company.

  • Contact with all the insurance Companies to get the price proposals for renewal along with its terms and conditions.
  • Carefully reviewing for all the received proposals and choose the top three of them as a short list and prepare comparison report (technical, terms and conditions and cost wise) between them.
  • Submitting the comparison report to the Group CFO, recommending the best proposals to one of these top three before submitting to the top management for final approval.
