• - Supervision of execution of all construction activities according to drawings, specifications and as per instructions of in charge and to ensure economical, safe and quality working.
• - Planning of site activities as per construction schedule and to ensure maximum work efficiency and productivity.
• - Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings.
• - Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
• - Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• - Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
• - Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• - Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.Preparing & maintaining QA/QC documents for final submission.
• - Prepare the construction method statements and risk assessments and develop work methods and temporary works necessary for your area.
• - Coordinate daily with the subcontractors and assist in the preparation of the work requisition for the subcontracted works..
• - Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to client and senior management.
• - Material identification and review of raw material Test certificates.
• - Coordinating overall SITE activities , monitor and track the progress of work.
• - Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process.
• - Substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.
• - Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
• - Coordinate with external stakeholders.
• - Solve clients' Technical issues related to the project and product design.
• - Ensuring timely submission of drawings, designs, data sheets to customers.
• - Preparation and review of Datasheet of Products etc.
• - Maintain all inspection report and related documents as per international standards.
• - Prepare and Review Marking of material as per codes and standard.
• - Perform visual inspection , final inspection and coordinate with Third Party Inspection.
