• Assisting guests on specific requirements wheelchair, disability & VIP guests.
• Sharing extensive knowledge with the guests on the premises and the surrounding locations and places of visit.
• Arranging modes of transport for short and long-distance travel.
• Refilling of amenities and stock at the reception.
• Coordinate and communicate from the valet area to the reception.
