• Provide support for operating company indirect tax audits and build a database of audit issues and resolution that can be used as a reference for future audits and for consistency in reporting.
• Lead Indirect Tax team
• Monitor and analyze existing and proposed indirect tax legislation.
• Support finance shared services teams, legal teams and all stakeholder to ensure optimal tax compliance with all applicable regional.
• Support the tax team operation and provide structured/targeted tax and custom technical support.

• Assist in developing policies to maximize the benefits of tax incentives and treaties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service.
• Lead Indirect Tax team
• Implementation and planning of VAT and other compliances including computation of tax, payment of tax, and filing of returns, including impact assessments, and post implementations review. Conduct deep research analysis, develop policies, & provide advice related to tax policies.
