Duties / Responsibilities:

Strategy Development, Planning and contribution

1. Develop and direct the implementation of the HR department strategy ensuring alignment to divisional strategy, vision, mission, and corporate objectives.

2. Ensuring that department strategy and related strategic plans are developed and implemented, which are aligned with the vision and mission.

Recruitment, Mobilization & Manpower Planning

1. Lead recruitment from A-Z understand and respond to the business staffing needs. Manage sourcing, screening, hiring process & conduct competency based interview or assessment centers for a broad candidates of roles including production employees.

1. Maintaining an up-to-date organization structure.

2. Conducting the annual manpower planning in line with the management approved organization structure.

3. Managing the design and implementation of the recruitment plan in line with the manpower plan and the company’s talent recruitment objectives.

4. Drive the employee survey, diversity & inclusion agendas with the team.

5. Manage relationships with local manpower suppliers and with international agencies to fulfilment of vacancies.

HR Operations

1. Managing and follow all onboarding and integration in the organization for the new employees.

2. Maintain accurate human resources information system records; analyzes HR KPI’s trends and based on that provides guidance on business and HR related issues.

3. Managing the execution of HR services, in coordination with other departments, including payroll, leaves administration, record keeping, consolidation of attendance records, employment contract management, resolving employee queries, etc. to facilitate efficient operations of the HR function.

4. Oversee maintenance of employee records and contracts and review employee on boarding/ exit documentation.

5. Ensure support of employees on HR issues and in dealing with authorities.

Ensure the accurate preparation of payroll information and data for employees including allowances, benefits and other entitlements and deductions, in close coordination with the Finance department

Compensation & Benefits

1. Design and maintain compensation and benefits schemes to attract, motivate, and retain its employees.

2. Managing the compensation and benefit plans, incentive plans, and reward & recognition schemes to ensure a competitive status in the market and serve to raise the productivity and performance levels of employees following market practices, policies and procedures and Saudi Labor Law. Talent Management

1. Managing the employees’ performance management system and guide the effective and efficient utilization by all parties, to enable the accurate and fair evaluation of employee performance.

2. Ensure active collaboration with divisions / departments and oversee the identification of training and development needs.

3. Design and deliver career development programs and trainings to address employees’ skill development needs.

4.Managing the execution of customized training programs / initiatives in the areas of technical training, executive development, competency development, assessment and feedback, coaching, etc., to improve employee and organizational capability to achieve all present and long-term business objectives.

5. Managing the administration of employee engagement surveys to measure employee satisfaction and identify initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and create a productive working environment
