• Review, edit, and approve PQRs, WPSs, and WPQs issued by other junior inspectors as SCWI.

Freelancer Job In ERW pipes production plant The main aim of this visit is to qualify plant according to Aramco and UL requirements. The program steps are:

• Stage (1):
  1 - Visit all plant sections to review ERW pipes production sequence.
  2- Visit lab to review mechanical test machines, NDT equipments, painting thickness devices, and all of their documents.
  3- Reviewing production and QC procedures in OA/OC department.
  4- Auditing documents handling between plant, lab, and QA/OC department.
  5- Auditing material traceability from beginning of receiving coil (raw material) to storage of final ERW pipe products.
  6- Visiting storage areas for both coils (raw material) and pipes (final product) to check methods of handling, packing and storing of materials.
• Stage (2):
  1- Merge between requirements of API 5L and extra restricted requirements of Aramco in one document.
  2- Arrange seminar to explain required physical changes shall be applied in plant to meet requirements of Aramco Specification no. 01 -SAMSS-333. Also explaining extra testing methods need to be added.
  3- Suggest machines which can fulfill new requirements of Aramco (Its functions and brand names).
• Stage (3):
  1 - Arrange another seminar to explain requirements of both UL 852 and UL VIZY. Also explaining extra testing methods need to be implemented to have UL authorization.

• Lead all QC activities in all plant sections (OCTG 1&2, PFL – NDT 1&2, QAL 1, Euro Technology and LPL) for all produced pipes according to AMJ procedures and planning plans.
• Managing production procedures for automatic and semiautomatic UT, florescent MPI, VDI, bevel inspection and threading inspection for couplings, casing and tubing.
• Leading Saudization project in company by interviewing Saudi graduates, choosing, training and classifying them according to their skills.
• Contribution in preparing 2019 budget for QC department.
• Contribution in modernization projects related by ET to lower cost.
• Investigate root causes, find preventive and corrective actions for usual problems are found during work because of employees or operations.

• Inspection on all types and classifications of steels (C.S, S.S, S.S.S. D.X, S.D.X and L.T.C.S) plus Copper-Nickel alloys for all types of pipes, fittings, forgings, valves, gaskets, bolts and nuts.
• Checking marking, color coding, handling and storage.
• Random visual testing for all components.
• Check material receiving documents like vendor approval, purchase order (P.O), release note (R.N), packing list (P.L), final inspection report (I.F), inspection release certificate (I.R.C) and material test certificates (M.T.C).
• Check test reports related with M.T.C like hardness, product analysis, heat analysis, corrosion test, HIC, NDT, PMI, ferrite test,hydro-test, coating inspection, acid passivation, dimensional and visual test reports.
• Consumable electrodes and rods receiving for S.S and C.S electrodes including storing conditions, certificates, lot no. and quantity.
• All previous steps in site and office are done according to ASME II A, B, C and Aramco specifications.

1- Review equipment drawings (General Arrangement, Material List and Attachments).

2- Review equipment ITP to identify hold points by ASME Inspector (AI) and Client, also to identify required inspection activities.

3- Review equipment WPSs, RT Maps, Welding Maps and Material Receiving reports.

4- Joins fit up and dimension check for shell courses, caps, skirt, nozzle openings marking, nozzles, internal & external attachments, name plate and name plate brackets.

5- Final visual for all welded joints.

6- Finishing all required reports (Material Summery, Dimension Check, NDT, Hardness, Release for Hydro-test, Heat Treatment, painting, Shipment and Heat Treatment Certificate).

7- Supervising stamping Name Plate with ASME Stamp “U” with (AI) and print a photographic copy of it.

8- Send all previous reports and documents to QA and Document Receiving Department.

• Adjusting joints Fit-up and visual inspection for butt & fillet welds of Piping. Pipelines and Steel Structure. Also for internal and external attachments for Tanks.
