-presenting services to the implementation sectors of the company, its various branches and the big projects which the company carries out. The department is presenting these services to the clients outside the company too.
-Carrying out all new necessary concrete tests that being used according to the global specification.
-Preparing the technical reports concerning designing the concrete mixtures which achieve stress and workability that required for each project in addition to design some mixtures with special characteristics comply with the implementation requirements such as (pre-stressed concrete, self compaction concrete, and mass concrete).
-Carrying out the physical and mechanical properties of the reinforcing steel samples through the 1200 kilo Newton tensile machine, which can test the reinforcing steel with diameters from 5 mm to 50 mm and steel strips with thickness up to 40 mm.
-Laboratory supervision of the central administration of the sector on the sublaboratories to ensure the application of the plan of testing and testing sites operational (project / mixer).
-Preparation the laboratory reports documented periodically for each project according to the progress of work by activating the system of work on imports and products.
