Maintain all users access request and authorizations (Windows, E-mail, Opera, Micros, and Sun system)
Install software/hardware upgrades in compliance with the Company's policies & legal requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, Network, printer and software issues reported to the Service Desk
Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software
