• Responsible for all aspects of maintenance and project improvement works across the 60ha operation, with a team of 10 full time staff

• Bid Manager for 2 key projects - Singapore Cross Island Line Engineering Feasibility Study, 2014 and Kuala Lumpur LRT3 Systems Consultant, 2015
• Managed the preparation of bid documentation including inputs from a wide range of technical specialists
• Co-ordinated sub-consultants technical and commercial inputs to these bids

Electrification of the Seaford passenger rail line using a 25kV AC overhead wiring system

• Responsible for managing the design development with the design consultant and co-ordinating the client's review and acceptance process with the design delivered under a Design, Build contract
• Co-ordinated the client's technical design review team on design elements including overhead wiring systems, earthing and bonding and civil and structures
• Managed critical interfaces with the rail operator and other Rail Revitalisation projects including Track Upgrade, Seaford Rail Extension, Signalling and Communications renewal projects and Rollingstock procurement
• Effectively co-ordinated signal sighting with the rail operator and the overhead wiring designers
• Managed negotiations with external parties including third party rail operators, landholders and government agencies

• (Relocation of the diesel railcar maintenance, servicing and re-fuelling facility from its CBD location to a site 10km north of Adelaide)
• Developed planning and impact assessment reports for proposed new site
• Managed the preparation of the planning application and liaison with local and state planning authorities to ensure planning approval
• Co-ordinated all utilities relocation work within the rail corridor
• Managed extensive civil works around sensitive train control facility (with no disruption to rail operations)
• Prepared all environmental management documentation and conducted regular contractor performance audits
• Managed negotiations with stakeholder developing the former rail depot site
• Managed highly complex site contamination investigations, including groundwater contamination and undertook liaison with EPA to agree and implement remediation strategies

• (Major road and rail project in Adelaide CBD involving the construction of a four lane roadway beneath new rail and road bridges
• The rail bridge included 4 rail lines for the metropolitan passenger rail network and 2 rail lines for the interstate heavy freight rail)
• As part of the project, undertook an 18 month secondment to the principal contractor McConnell Dowell Constructors (Australia) in the role of site engineer

• Prepared all environmental management documentation, undertook on-site surveillance and managed all environmental issues on behalf of the principal contractor
