- Currently serving as the senior nursing leader and education coordinator for all critical care and emergency services at KFSHRC. Responsible for strategic leadership, clinical education, and workforce development for over 600 nurses across adult, pediatric ICUs, and Emergency Departments.

Led the planning and opening of a new Adult Emergency Unit at KFSHRC in 2018.

- Directed hospital surge plan, opening multiple COVID units.
- Managed over 30 nurses across critical and emergency care units.
- Oversaw workflows, staffing, and resource deployment under crisis conditions.
- Training of 500 nurses to work in the ICU and emergency during COVID.

- Directed health outreach program across 12 MOH hospitals, professional development for ICU and emergency nurses and doctors.
