• 24/7 On-call data center technician for BlackBerry Data Center-Dammam which includes but not limited to: modifying cable layout; checking alarms; reseating blade servers & blade chassis components; changing faulty plug-in cards, hard disks, memory DIMM's, power supplies, network interface modules; testing or replacing UTP, fiber optics or power cables; or such other maintenance and support activities as deemed necessary by the data center, NOC or other BlackBerry service teams.
