  • Undertaking the industrial operations towards recycling of plastics through extrusion, sorting, and treatment activities, leading to manufacturing of PP, HDPE, and other products.
  • Supervise the development and implementation of Performance Report highlighting the machine breakdowns, roster efficiency, process downtime's etc. to ensure optimal and efficient operations on standard basis.
  • Developed engineering solutions for complex technical problems, enhancing overall system performance and reliability.
  • Conduct regular tests on the logistics rollers, extruder blades and compression systems, regrind transfer pipe work system to ensure the safety and functionality of overall equipment in line with AS/NZS standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian engineering standards in different recycle processes and operations with environmental regulations.
  • Responsible for moving and handling plastic waste during the recycling of plant's various operations.
  • Assist towards designing, fabricating and other R&D activities for automated material logistics solutions including conveyor belts etc.

  • Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
