Experience in Initial Disclosure Process and COC
Processing the different types of loans, which are FHA, Conventional, Veterans Affairs Loans and USDA- RHS loans, which is requested for purchase and refinance within estimated closing date.
Validate the Borrowers and Co- Borrowers information and subject property information using given document by Loan Officer.
Generate the settlement Service Provider list and Home counselling service provider list, adding that to loan estimate statement page and e-folder to generate the Loan estimate.
Create the loan estimation statement using preferred title quotes and SSPL and Home
counselling provider list, and disclose that to Borrower and Loan officer with in the due date.
If the file is request for changed in circumstances, need to send revised loan estimate to consult borrower and loan officer with changes are made.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Assisting people in repayment of their loans, and unpaid principle balance.
Handling attorney calls and enquiring about the status of the property
Making an alternative in paying the balances and giving loan modification plans
Back up for all the SME & leads in the process & performing additional tasks.
