Conducted technical bid evaluations, technical design document reviews, operational testing, and vendor management for Automatic Robotic Cleaning Systems (ARCS) for solar PV plants across the ACWA Power fleet. Over 20,000 ARCS robots are being installed and working on more than eight sites to date.
Development of POC-based feasibility studies by employing different drone-led inspections for PV, CSP, wind, and thermal power plants across the ACWA Power fleet. As a result, AP has now industrialized the drone-based inspections, fleet-wise.
Development of a toll gate system and its SOP to cater to company-wide innovation work requests.
Development of criteria for vendor pre-qualification procedures for ARCS to be used in the bidding process.
