• Lead and inspect end-to-end piping activities from fabrication and erection to final alignment per IFC drawings and project specifications
• Execute material receiving inspection, MTC verification, and ensure full traceability and compliance with global material standards
• Direct hydrotest, pneumatic test, flushing, and reinstatement operations for critical process piping systems
• Validate welding compliance through WPS/PQR/WQT review and oversee welder qualification and performance
• Drive mechanical completion via detailed line checking, flange management, bolt torquing, and system walkthroughs
• Serve as primary liaison with client, PMT, and third-party agencies for RFI management, punch list resolution, and MC acceptance
• Implement SATIP/SAIC, ITPs, and project-specific quality procedures to guarantee adherence to Aramco and SABIC requirements
• Deliver comprehensive QC documentation, test packages, and inspection reports to support seamless project handover
• Champion site safety culture and lead quality awareness initiatives across multidisciplinary construction teams
