· Understand the customer behavior by analyzing /investigating multiple Revenue Stream to identify fraudulent cases and stop them
· Report on Fraudulent activities within the operation (subscription, Dealers, internal, Usage, interconnect..) to identify weaknesses, leakages and produce the report to upper management for action
· Follow up on reported issues identified by Fraud team or other departments to ensure proper action.
· Analyze processes affecting company Revenue and work to install proper controls to minimize Fraudulent behaviour.
