Learning and development Unit :
- Identifying training needs through job analysis and feedback from employees and managers.
- Delivering training programs, either directly or by coordinating with external trainers.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, performance metrics, and other assessment methods.
- Supporting employees with career development by identifying opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Developing technical competencies by analyzing job descriptions and building tailored competency frameworks.
- Collecting, verifying, and managing training data in coordination with various departments.
- Managing the central training record for all employees who have participated in training programs.
- Overseeing the onboarding system to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Coordinating and supervising cooperative training (internship) programs.
- Leading the process of designing and delivering graduation gifts for Al Bawani Academy students.
- Designing internal training certificates for employees participating in internal development programs.
- Executing daily training operations and coordinating with departments to ensure seamless implementation of training plans.
- Following up on Individual Development Plan (IDP) submissions and ensuring timely compliance from departments.
- Tracking the alignment of IDP goals with strategic Human Capital priorities.
- Developing awareness and educational materials to enhance employee and managerial understanding of the IDP process and its strategic value.
Attendance Unit :
- Managed employee attendance, leave requests, and compliance with company policies
- Served as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR matters and assisted in resolving issues
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices
- Maintaining accurate employee records and producing HR reports
- Plan the corporate development programs to the clients, prepare internal communication plans
- Streamline HR processes to ensure operations run smoothly such as (violations - Attrition), Onboarding, Issue contracts, Recruitment, Answer employee inquiries about HR procedures, Assist the employees to issue the letters
- Managed governmental portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem to process employee-related transactions and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Find ways to develop the environment for employees working in companies, Marketing services provided by the company, Conduct surveys and measuring job satisfaction
