* Handling Time Management operations for the Electric Division and Trading, managing a team of 36
administrators responsible for more than 7,000 employees.
* Updating and managing paid leave records, including business trips, work injuries, sick leave, paternity,
maternity, marriage, funeral, and examination leaves.
* Receiving approved vacation requests via email, subsequently inputting them into Microsoft Access,
updating the status of returning employees, and identifying any missing employee
* Handling the locking and unlocking of payroll cards for employees during periods of absence.
* Receiving requests such as (Work / vacation start note, delete vacation, Vacation Extension, Attendance
report inquiries, Manual emergency requests, Manual vacation requests Correct Vacation quota, Correct
Sick leave quota, Fixing Leaves collisions/errors).
* Reviewing Microsoft Access reports to identify employees who have not returned from vacations, and
subsequently extending their leave as unpaid while managing the process of locking payroll cards.
* Finalize and update Time sheets of the paid leave, Sick leaves, Unapproved absence, Overtime.
* Conducting a thorough comparison of SAP system with our Microsoft Access reports.
* Verifying and confirming refunds for the previous months.
