  • Registered on average 10 to 20 customers daily in the system and database for claims submitted by financial institutions after reviewer verification.
  • Organized and maintained physical and digital files according to reference number, month, and year of approval.
  • Coordinated the submission of Payment Request Forms to the Finance Department upon receiving the Request for Release of Payment from financial institutions; updated the database once Finance acknowledged receipt.
  • Prepared and issued an average of 15 to 20 Claim Approval Letters monthly for claims approved in meetings with key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Finance, Company Secretary Department, National Audit Department, and Accountant General's Department of Malaysia.
  • Ensured timely dispatch of claim approval letters following review and approval by the officer in charge.
