• Lead and manage the after-sales service team, distribute tasks and ensure that operations run optimally
• Providing solutions and proposals to improve services and raise the level of customer satisfaction.
• Improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce response time.
• Strengthen customer relationships through continuous communication and understanding their needs to ensure long-term support.

• Supervising the maintenance of the vehicles, including fire fighting vehicles, ambulances and other special vehicles in the western, northern and southern regions of Saudi Arabia
• Following up with clients and travel to their locations for vehicles inspection and troubleshooting, and prepare inspection and repairing reports
• Supervising the technical staff including following up on the progress of the work in various sites, proving technical support and training them on the maintenance procedures and equipment operating
• Testing and commissioning for the vehicles and conducting theoretical and practical training for the clients on the operation of vehicles systems and equipment.

Al-Kindi Hospital project (Amman/Jordan)

• Supervising the installation of all mechanical services including HVAC, drainage, firefighting and water supply
• Liaising with the consultant engineer and following up to his comments/approvals and dealing with the technicians and subcontractors for the progress of the work
• Making as built plans of all mechanical systems and reviewing them with the planners.
