Responsible and accountable for working on Gap Analysis for each process by gathering requirements and improvement ideas from the project Sponsor and end-users, then doing Market Research for advanced practices to improve existing process.

• Responsible and accountable for writing a Procedures Manual document, that contains detailed steps, To Be processes, RACI Matrix, and KPIs for each process

• Government Entity 1: Worked as a Business Analyst and Business Process Analyst to help the entity transition its reliance on branches by automating multiple processes, by doing so, also improved the customer experience. my role was to work on automating various processes.
• Government Entity 2: Worked as a Business Analyst to help revamp the government entity core system, after a recent merger between two entities, my role was to work on the Installments module.

Najm Accidents Investigators Application: I was the primary Business Analyst and Product Owner for the full revamp of this Core Business Application, which over 1000 Najm Accidents Investigators use daily for processing over 2 million accidents each year.

• Traffic Police Dashboard: I was the primary Business Analyst and Product Owner, for building a dashboard for traffic police that shows the numbers and types of accidents and their details in all of the kingdom.
• Najm CRM System: I was the primary Business Analyst and Product Owner for Improving the Accidents Result Objections Module of the current CRM system, where I improved the Accidents Result Objections process and help automate it.
