• Prepare and Develop Baseline Program (EPC) with Project Scope and specification, with cost & resources loaded in accordance with the contract's terms.
• Works orders ( Cluster 1 works of 23 Buildings , Chiller Yard Works )
• Provided EVM skills for project (EV,PV,AC) reports on P6.
• Prepared weekly progress reports , S-curves, manpower histogram, EOT, (2,3 week look ahead )
• Provided planning & schedule through lifecycle, initiating, planning, executing, controlling & closing
  

• Inspection of HDPE pipe
• Daily & weekly inspection reports (WIR, MIR, ITP)

• Buildings inspection , plumbing works submittal (MIR, WIR)
