Preparing a yearly budget, quarter P&L, and forecasting with financial analysis and recommendations.
Handling the cash flow projection, managing the credit facility with the bank, which should be aligned with the cash flow projection.
Year-end closing, lease with external auditor to get the audited financial statement. Dealing with Nupco, Etimad portal.

• Working as a partner with the Executive Director to deliver and accomplish the strategic goals of the company.
• Overseeing and controlling the finance functions (which includes effective and efficient delivery of management financial reports).
• Working closely with Eternal Auditor and other external parties to facilitate company operations, as well as adherence to local laws and regulations.

• Managing and submitting the monthly financial management report.
• Overseeing and directing the daily accounting activities, which reflect more control and proper recording of accounting events.
• Handling the cash flow to ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the monthly payments.
• Reviewing and checking vendor invoices and comparing them with PO/Contract to confirm that invoices are contractually okay in order to proceed for payment.
• In general, plan and direct accounting activities within the finance department.

• Recruit, train, manage, and direct the finance staff in order to get the maximum performance from them.
• Oversee the entire finance function in Saudi Arabia, including monthly financial reporting.
• Liaise with the external auditors in respect of getting year-end audited financial statements, as well as Zakat Certificate.

• Successful filling and submitting Zakat Return Form based on the financial results to obtain temporary and final Zakat certificate.
• Enforcement of internal control procedures outlined through the company policy.
• Payment's verification.
• To ensure all necessary documents are properly attached, and also to ensure payment has been prepared to reflect the company's trend towards using available cash, and financial priorities are correctly addressed.
• Managing monthly payroll, as well as bank reconciliation.
• Assisting in monthly closing by passing payroll-related accruals JV.
• Sound knowledge of dealing with SAGE ERP modules.
