3D Modeling & Rework Mitigation

• Develop coordinated Revit-based 3D models for HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Electrical, Telecom, Instrumentation, and Fire Alarm systems.
• Conduct comprehensive clash detection reviews, resolving 400+ multidisciplinary clashes before installation, and coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, and E&I disciplines.
• Mitigate rework risks by resolving constructability issues before installation, and reduce potential field rework by resolving 400+ multidisciplinary clashes during 3D coordination before installation

Technical Governance & Project Control

• Supported engineering delivery across 60+ facilities, ensuring integration of HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical, and Low Current systems.
• Raise Technical Queries (TQs) to CSD for non-standard or disputed design matters.
• Respond to subcontractor RFIs, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Raised, reviewed, and approved more than 800+ Material Approval Requests (MARs), supported material requisitions, and conducted technical bid evaluations for critical building systems equipment, supporting uninterrupted procurement and construction progress.
• Support change management control and maintain documentation compliance.
• Bridge Engineering and Construction teams within a 70+ member engineering environment and multiple subcontractors to preserve design integrity and mitigate execution risks.
