• Project Description: (WSTC) is strategically situated at the southern edge of the KSP site plan by Plot area: 137,736 m², the mechanical facility is completely allocated underground, limiting noise pollution, service vehicles’ circulation, as well as unpleasant odors, this approach completely opens up the site area to be visually enjoyable from higher developments on its perimeter, and liberates the public interface from technical hazards.

LTAC & Rehabilitation Olayan Hospital:

• Project Discretion: 152 beds hospital for long term acute care & rehabilitation in the northern side of riyadh city, facilitated by required comfort environment that needed for long term care, with huge curtain wall facades and atrium in the middle that is surrounded by patient rooms and covered by skylight, all these elements create a quiet and natural environment to the patients.

Studying Tender Documents:

I thoroughly analyzed the requirements and specifications provided. Subsequently, I embarked on developing a conceptual architectural design that aligned with the project's objectives, ensuring architectural integrity, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. This involved a comprehensive evaluation of various design options, material choices, and construction methodologies to arrive at an optimized solution that met the project's functional and aesthetic requirements.

• AL-Ansar Hospital:

Project Description: emergency hospital at the eastren side of Alharan Alnabawi in Almadina, designed to facilitate alharam visitors, contains from 700 beds with 6 floors, with attractive design that mix between modernity and originality by using different materials for facades terracotta, riyadh stone & curtain wall.

• RCU Offices:

Project Description: The Site is strategically located within a stunning surrounding scenery and important landmarks, as part of 2030 vision and in parallel with the massive developments driven by RCU in AlUla, Saudi Arabia, RCU D&C offices that shall host part of consulting entities’ employees amid the developmental stages of RCU projects located in AlUla.

Contract Type: (DB) Design & Build.

Topkapi 29 - First Stage:

• Project Discretion: is centrally located in the topkapi neighborhood on the european side of istanbul, providing residents with easy access to the city's amenities and attractions, comprises 1441 apartments with many options ranging from 1+1 to 5+1.
• Project Duration: 2 years (Aug 2020 - Jul 2022).

Strada Plus:

• Project Discretion: is a project that has been as a second phase of 2.500 units project. In that second phase, there are 880 units for residential purposes.
• Project Duration: 2 years (Nov 2017 - Oct 2019).

Strada:

• Project Discretion: is a project that has been as a first phase of 2.500 units project. In that first phase, there are 1620 units for residential purposes range from cozy 1+1 unites to spacious 4+1 homes with 110 shops.
• Project Duration: 2 years (Nov 2017 - Oct 2019).
• Project Cost: 155 millions A.D.
