1 - Cost Estimation and planning

• prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• analyze and evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement cost control strategies to ensure project budgets are maintained.

2 - Contract Management

• Draft , review and negotiate contracts with clients,contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Manage contract variation , claims , and disputes effectively.

3 - Financial Reporting

• Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reports.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost-to-completion projections.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.

4 - Project Management Support

• Collaborate with project manages and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and risk management .
• Oversee the preparation and submission to tender documents.

5 - Monthly Payment Certificates and Variation Orders

• Issue monthly payment certificates and variation orders.
• Identify , review , prepare and submit costs related to variation orders.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor's variations.

6 - Site inspections and Quantity Validation

• Carry out on- site inspections to verify work accomplishments , if needed.
• Check and validate quantities submitted by the QS team.
• Confirm quantities related to building and infrastructure constriction.

7 - Subcontractor and Supplier Management

• Issue and review subcontractor's monthly progress and invoices.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor's variations.
• Prepare and issue supplier's invoices.
• Conduct subcontractor and supplier bill evaluations.

8 - Cost Monitoring and Reporting

• Prepare RECAP BOQ with cost calculation for direct and indirect impact.
• Monitor cost and time impact.
• Assess the progress of work versus the schedule through issued invoices to identify and mitigate any gaps.
• Prepare accrual reports for the cost control department.

9 - Meetings and Collaboration

• Attend project progress meetings.
• Collaborate with the cost control department and other project stakeholders.
