• To review and follow up site reports, obtain information related to planning, cost or contracts on site

• To review and follow the all work of the Project Control Department of the Abraj Kudai project

• Preparing Sub-Contractors Agreement and Invoices
• Check Monthly cost status report (MSCR) against cost control files (Cost data files, Back charges)
• To review and follow up site reports, obtain information related to planning, cost or contracts on site
• Preparing Material Cost Reports
• Preparing Equipment Cost Reports
• Preparing Client Invoices
• Control and supervision of stores
• Preparing bonus for all technicians and assistants in the project
• Overall Project Hand Over of All Activities and Close Out
• To compile and analyze data & reports specific to Project Controls activities
• Organization, management and leadership: - strong creative skills the ability to Supervise, direct and guide individuals and groups in the completion of tasks and fulfillment of goals

• Preparing and updating of the shop Drawing, Material Submittal and Procurement Logs.
• Preparing and updating weekly reports for a meeting with the company that owns the project
