  • The main contractor is the Joint Venture of Hassan Allam Construction (HAC) & Consolidated Constructions Group S.A.L (Offshore) (CCC).

The total built-up area is 125,000 m2. The Contract includes civil and architectural works, MEP works, roads, and extensive landscaping.
