• Leading and managing project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Ensuring effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, invoices, material submittals, inspection requests, drawings, change orders, communications and project reports.
• Providing regular project updates to stakeholders and clients, including progress reports and milestone achievements.
• Addressing project issues and resolving conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Overseeing procurement processes, including sourcing materials, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Developing project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Ability to adjust to changing project requirements to keep projects on course.
• Ensuring project sites comply with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
• Managing project contracts, including compliance, change orders, and claims.
• Monitoring project costs, controlling expenses, and ensuring that projects within budget.
• Identifying and managing project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
