Summary

As a final year pharmacy student with practical experience from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Pharmacy Department), I am well-prepared for a pharmacy internship role. My field placement involved direct patient interaction, including interviewing, recording medical histories, and providing medication counseling. I also collaborated closely with hospital pharmacists including other Allied Health Professionals (doctors & nurses), demonstrating my ability to work effectively in a team. I am confident in my ability to support the pharmacy team and contribute to patient care.

I have also completed community pharmacy placement over a 6 week period which has broadened my knowledge and exposure to pharmacy in a fast paced customer facing environment.
