• Plan and ensure the delivery of all project’s deliverables, SLA and KPIs, including but not limited to Power & Cooling >99.99%
  availability, critical environment E2E management, facilities 24/7 surveillance, spare parts and inventory management, site’s
  capacity and redundancy management, Fault and incident management, facilities sustainability, energy saving and PUE
  improvement, all predictive, execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, disaster recovery drills, assets life
  cycle management, rehabilitation demand planning and takeover facilitation, special events preparation such as
  Ramadan, Riyadh season ..etc.
• Manage projects subcontractor and 3rd party companies.
• Interface with and report to customer’s executives; section manager regarding technical facilities status.
• Develop improvement plan for ASP team and ensure they are technical evolved.

• Set monthly and yearly preventive maintenance plans including generator overhauling and follow up the executions.
• Ensure deliverables and KPIs are 100% achieved.
• Performance monitoring and enhancement through monthly faults’ analysis and repetitive failures identification, planning and implementation of permanent solutions.
• Management of Network PI new elements acceptance and takeover.
• Maintaining a solid and up-to-date database of all sites’ PI elements
• Theft and vandalism process management

• Check for site quality and SQI.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure for site quality.
• Report and prepare site SQI for customers.
• Check for all job done on sites (power-telecom-civil-tower).
• Give Customer specs recombination to subcontractor to get the best quality.

• Corrective and preventive maintenance for Ericsson and Huawei equipment including: - Families of Ericsson (2G)> RBS2000, RBS6000, (3G)> RBS3000, RBS6000, (TX)>Mini Link TN, Mini Link HC and Huawei (3G)>DBS3900.
• Responsible for doing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all electromechanical equipment's {, ATS, MDP, UPS, Rectifiers, Batteries, Air conditions, Fire Fighting system, Water leak detection system, T-H recorders, Water pumps, …etc.} in MSC's BSC's, and Technical Buildings.
• Maintenance (CM & PM) and commissioning for RF

Equipment’s (2G&3G) cabinets.

• Team Leader on PM project, Doing Full Preventive

Maintenance and corrective for sites, Reporting, Create and Check for Alarms,

• Auditing GSM sites' maintenance and installations done by other departments.

• Responsible for doing preventive and corrective maintenances for all EM equipment in GSM sites.
• Testing, Maintenance and replacement of DC various contents {Rectifiers, Batteries, DCDB and UPS} in BSC's, Switches and gateways.
• Making a detailed plan sorted by execution time for same work regarding BTS sites.
• Diagnosis and introducing fast effective solutions for all problems facing the team.

• Installation and replacement of DC power systems in GSM sites.
• Installation and replacement of DC backup batteries and power distribution panels.
