  • Project Engineering experience in planning, scheduling, and construction management of multidisciplinary projects.
  • Supervised the Construction Oxygen, Hydrogen and Nitrogen gas Pipeline passing through RC Corridor as per schedule, if any delay in construction, then follow up with contactor and update to Construction Manager.
  • Review different documents submitted by contactor such as Level 4 Schedule & Method of statements and JSA, Weld Map, (FCN Field change notice), Pipeline Isometrics Drawings, Scaffolding Drawings, Valves Assembly & future provision drawings and as Built Drawings.
  • Different permit requirements for Pipeline project check with Contactor & support to contactor as per pipeline route such as with Royal commission for encroachment permit, technical permit, excavation permit and with SAR as per pipeline crossing the railway rote and SECO as high tension power line above pipeline & Highway crossing culvert area.
  • Coordinate with warehouse to issues the free issue material to contactor to start pre-fabrication of Vent and Drain connection to Pipes and internal Sand blasting to pipes and external Painting to the Pipes in Fab-shop.
  • Right of Way for Pipeline Construction, Pipeline Stringing, Welding, Alignments, Coating of Field Weld Joints, External Coating for Pipelines, Trench Preparation, Pipeline Lowering, Backfilling & Hydrotesting and Preservation. Coordination with Contractor and Vendors for Brought out materials, Valve Testing.
  • Ensure that piping team are working within the discipline and adhere strictly to the latest project drawings specifications, procedures and site Instructions.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and Work with the contractor's staff, Project & Planning Engineers, and the Construction Engineer.
  • Manage and resolve site issues involving supervisors, foremen, and labour teams. Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports, method-related updates, and site records.
  • Support final testing, commissioning, and handover of completed mechanical systems in accordance with approved specifications and client requirements.
  • Oversee the commissioning phases activity for Oxygen pipeline such as pre-cleaning with Pigs and air blowing and Hydrotesting and Nitrogen purging in pipeline.
  • Participate with client for Pipeline walkthrough and punch list generation and follow up with contactor to closer punch lists and to final handover pipeline Client.
