I enjoy participating in cycling, yoga, a movie club, University of the Third Age sessions for overall physical activity and mental well being
I am a member of a local cycling group where we cycle 3 times a week
I am also a member of a local gym, where I work on maintaining my strength 3 times a week, through weight training, and flexibility through yoga, once a week
I have also maintained my mental and social abilities through my involvement in the University of the Third Age, where I am currently involved in two Current Affairs groups and a Brain Training Group
