• National Program Director leading a 45 - person team of engineers and project managers to provide technical and delivery assurance on a $1,5 b program implementing an integrated and country-wide intelligent traffic management and traffic law enforcement solution.
• First-person on the ground, defined and recruited entire team, established governance framework, set up partnership agreements, outsourcing, vendor selection, and sub-contractor agreements with local Saudi companies and international specialists.
• Conceptualized and deployed the e-ticketing platform for traffic citations with an $80 m annual forecast in savings.
• Established program office and formal governance framework, instituted project management methodology, and recruited a local staff of 20 people to prepare for full-time operations over three year period.

I was employed as junior Engineer on site in 1985, working up to a position of Project Director in 2000. Lead structured project management activities on various civil, residential and commercial construction projects as large as R75 m over a 12-year period.
